Who are we?

Almasy Consulting provides advice to senior managers. Our principal has been a strategy consultant for thirty years, working in over one hundred different industries. Our associates and affiliates add to this experience base with specialized industry knowledge and technical expertise. We do not train beginners at your expense.

what makes us different?

One answer clients give is creativity. To us, this means finding answers for your problem, not the textbook solution or a pre-packaged answer for your industry. Another key difference is our objectivity. We develop an objective remedy for each client’s situation by analyzing information not available internally or off-the-shelf. Because we are not part of your organization, we can speak candidly with employees, customers, and alliance partners. Finally, clients see us as responsive. We are flexible enough to react quickly and structure our assistance to meet your schedule.

How do we work with clients?

Most companies and managers don’t like using consultants and, given the choice, would rather do it themselves. Our clients use us to:

- set a fast pace when a solution is needed in a hurry,

In addition, our clients want a “partner” who knows when to leave. As a virtual firm without armies of people to support, we don’t need to stay forever, and we won’t pressure you to pay for help you don’t need.

We’re talking about the launching of a new channel of distribution that becomes the second largest revenue source for a toy company. A 90% reduction in cycle time and inventory for processing credits and returns for a telecommunications equipment company. A financial plan that saved a country from insolvency. Who do we work with?

We usually work with CEOs and senior management one-on-one. When necessary, we can assemble a world-class team for just about any client requirement, drawing upon our international network of highly experienced industry and functional specialists. We also have affiliations with leading general management and specialist consulting firms.
